The three variables that define a package
Almost every wedding content package, from any provider, is a combination of three decisions:
- Coverage hours — where the day starts and stops for the creator.
- Real-time content — whether anything is delivered during the wedding.
- Delivery speed — 24 hours, a few days, or a week.
Everything else — number of reels, number of stills, travel — follows from those. When you compare quotes, compare those three first. Two packages at the same price can differ enormously on all three.
What is included at Italy Love Stories
Every booking covers:
- Full-day coverage, getting ready through to the last dance

What is not included
Being direct about this saves everyone time:
- Formal portraits and printable images — that is the photographer’s work, and a content creator does not replace one.
- Broadcast-quality audio for vows and speeches — that requires lapel mics and a dedicated recorder. If hearing your vows back matters, book a videographer.
- Long-form cinematic film — different format, different timeline.
Questions worth asking any content creator before booking
- What exactly arrives in 24 hours — everything, or a first selection?
- Is real-time story content included, or priced separately?
- How do you coordinate positions with the photographer and videographer?
- What happens if the ceremony overruns and the timeline shifts?
- Do you travel, and is travel time billed separately?
The fourth one matters more than couples expect. Weddings run late. A creator who has thought about what gets dropped when the schedule compresses is a creator who has worked enough weddings.
How travel affects a package
Distance from the creator’s base changes both cost and what is practical. Italy Love Stories is based in Verona, so:
- Verona, Lake Garda, Vicenza, the Veneto — no travel day, coverage can start early
- Lake Como, Tuscany — a few hours’ drive, usually an early start the same day
- Puglia, Sicily — an overnight stay before the wedding is realistic rather than optional
None of this changes what is delivered. It changes the logistics around it, and it is better discussed before booking than after.

- At minimum: agreed coverage hours, a stated number of vertical reels, candid stills, and a written delivery deadline. If real-time story coverage matters to you, confirm it is named in the package rather than assumed.
- How many hours of coverage do most couples book?
- Coverage that starts at getting-ready and runs to the first dance captures the arc of the day. Shorter blocks work, but the content becomes a set of moments rather than a story.
- Should I book a package with or without real-time stories?
- Include them if guests could not travel, or if you want the day visible as it happens. Skip them if you would rather not think about your phone at all on the day — which is an entirely reasonable position.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Peak season in Italy runs May to September, with June and September the busiest. Enquiries for those months typically come in six to twelve months ahead.
